Inside the Driver’s Meeting: SIGs and the Demo Corner at this Year’s Users Conference

Each year, the M4 Users Conference creates an opportunity to bring the M4 user community together for a face-to-face conversation with our Product Managers focused on marketplace challenges. These discussions help uncover how M4 Solutions can help solve these challenges. Sessions will profile how customers are resolving common challenges with M4, touch on the latest M4 updates, and look ahead at future plans for our modules.

Additionally, after great success last year, our Demo Corner is back! Located in the lobby near the registration desk, M4 Product Managers will be on hand to answer questions and demonstrate new and soon-to-be released features. The Demo Corner is also an opportunity to continue conversations originating from the SIG sessions or ask follow up questions.

Read below to learn more about the SIGs that will be offered at this year’s UC!

Assignment

Robin Anderson, one of our M4 Product Managers, will cover how clients are using new features in M4 Assignment to solve business problems. During this session we will also look at the upgrade process and how the future roadmap will continue to solve challenges in the industry.

Fiber, NEM, Circuits & Work Order

Jason Hart will review the latest enhancements with M4 Foundation, M4 Workorder, M4 NEM and M4 Fiber. As part of this discussion, he will facilitate an open dialogue about your experiences with these applications, crowdsource new enhancement ideas, and prioritize the ideas as a community.

Integrations – The M4 API

Join Product Manager Parker Pierce as he defines the M4 API, outlines accessibility, and takes us on a guided tour of the unique ways customers have used it to provide additional value to their organization.

RevGen

Jackson Macomber, Director of Product Management, will lead the conversation on Mapcom’s cutting-edge approach to the RevGen module, CRM integrations, and creating estimates from the field. An interactive discussion will take place regarding the challenges of competing in today’s market and how RevGen can assist with a data driven approach to sales and marketing.

Web Console

Our Director of Product Management, Jackson Macomber, will highlight the latest innovation with M4 Web Console. Along with Jackson, early adopters of the Web Console updates will be on hand to speak about how their enterprises are gaining increased value.

Workforce

Travis Hobbs will facilitate the conversation about how clients are using M4 Workforce and Mobile Tech to lower their MTTI and MTTR metrics. This session will focus on the Workforce and Mobile Tech configurations that drive positive results, explore the process clients go through when considering change, and steps taken to proactively manage the cultural impacts to the organization.
