From the Users Conference Planning Committee and our entire Mapcom family, we would like to thank you for making the 17th Annual M4 Users Conference an overwhelming success! We hope you all had safe travels back to your offices and are ready to bring what you learned at UC home to continue the momentum. Here are a few suggestions to help keep your company in the winner’s circle from now until next UC:
Relive the Experience
We cover a lot of material during the course of the conference and we want to make sure you have access to it once UC is over. Conference content was emailed to all attendees and can also be found on the App under the “Slides” tabs. This year’s app will remain live until November 15, 2018 so make sure you take advantage while you still can.

Share What You Learned
We treat Users Conference like a family reunion and want to see you (and others from your company) return next year. How can you do that? By letting your company know about all of the great things you learned at UC! Host a lunch and learn session to recap your favorite conference workshops or write an article for your company newsletter summarizing the top 3-5 takeaways you got from attending.
Stay Connected
There are lots of ways to stay connected with your peers and us until next year’s conference. Get in touch with your fellow users and swap ideas for tackling tough problems or building new workflows. You can see a list of all attendees in the App and swap contact information there.
You can also participate in our monthly Tips & Tricks webinars, which cover a variety of topics relevant to M4 users. If you enjoyed attending SIG meetings, you can also join in on our Product team’s quarterly SIG web meetings on many of the same topics and M4 modules you saw at UC. Stay tuned to your inboxes for invites to the next Tips & Trick and SIG sessions, or watch the recordings in our customer portal on Zendesk!
Test Your M4 Knowledge
Users Conference is the perfect opportunity to expand your M4 knowledge. Now test out your new skills by taking one of our many certification exams. These exams and their study materials provide a comprehensive look at our modules, and help you get one step closer to that Green Jacket! You can access them all in our Zendesk customer portal.

If your travel plans or Hurricane Michael caused you to leave Richmond before the end of our Closing session, reach out to the Users Conference Planning committee here to grab a copy of our Annual Conference survey. The conference continues to grow and change each year, largely thanks to feedback from attendees like you! Once we have received your survey, we will mail you your conference attendee certificate.
