As Mapcom Systems provides many clients with help as they compile their regulatory reports as part of our standard maintenance services we wanted to keep our clients up to date on the latest news. Just this evening the FCC released an Order (http://transition.fcc.gov/Daily_Releases/Daily_Business/2017/db0224/DA-17-196A1.pdf) that grants petitions from NTCA and WTA to delay the required filings for the new HUBB portal from March 1, 2017 to July 1, 2017 and the filing deadline for CAF-BLS until March 1, 2018. I know that our team has been helping many clients to meet their requirements for next week and this Order comes as welcome relief for some of the anxiety caused by new funding mechanisms and new filing requirements.
