The M4 Users Conference creates an opportunity to bring the M4 user community together for a once a year face-to-face conversation focused on marketplace challenges and how the use of software can help solve these challenges. Led by our product managers, SIG sessions will profile customers that are solving common challenges with M4 and touch on the most recent version of M4 and look ahead at future plans for our modules. - Assignment
Robin Anderson co-presents with a customer on the goals, challenges, and outcomes of transitioning from a homegrown solution to M4 Assignment. Robin will also discuss improvements made to cutsheets, search capabilities, and overall product performance.
- Fiber, Circuits, and NEM
Jason Hart will facilitate a conversation focused on the unique challenges of day-to-day maintenance and growth of a network and how software needs to evolve to drive efficiency and accuracy. We will highlight recent product enhancements, optimization and reporting improvements that will assist with work order completion with M4 Fiber, Circuits, and NEM.

Jackson Macomber has the RevGen SIG focused on the future! We will hear from a customer about their plans to use RevGen to make data driven decisions to profitability grow their network. During this conversation, Jackson will also outline his roadmap for the future.
- Workforce
Travis Hobbs will facilitate a conversation about using M4 Workforce to help CSR’s, dispatchers, and technicians WOW customers with well-timed and informative communications. We will also hear how a current M4 customer used Workforce to build a more efficient business.
