Q: “Who should attend December Free Training? I’m an elf who just started using Web Console and I don’t know much about it yet.”
A: Everyone can attend! We’d love to see new users, old pros, and all skill levels in between. Even if you don’t own one of the modules, stop in and quell your curiosity!
Q: “I have to feed my reindeer and can’t make the entire 2-hour session… should I still attend?”
A: Of course! Stop in and attend for as long as your schedule allows. It won’t hurt our feelings if you have to leave early.
Q: “Mrs. Claus gets upset with me if I sign up for a 2-hour training session during our busiest time of year—will this session be recorded so I can watch it later?”
A: Yes, this session will be recorded and placed on the wiki—it’s never a good idea to tick off Mrs. Claus.
